What A Play

That boy plays a great role
Took my emotions and scripted them
Acts as though he cared
Just to get ahead in his play of me
You can look at him and think he was the lead
Turned into a villian as quickly as can be
Great actor he is
I was the lady in distress

Can lie right threw his big smile and misleading eyes
Walk around with many secrets in his pocket
Until one day the act had came to a hault
The curtains starting to draw together
The finale had to come sooner or later
The villian starts to crawl out of his body
Take over his thoughts and wishful thinking
Starts to spill out the lies he was keeping
Pretending I never existed
That I was just in his imagination
Thinking he just woke up to a nightmare
I walk into the room
That villian's reaction turns to a pale faced expression
Like he had just died for a second
What was happening to him he thought
She can't be here, it was just a nightmare
She is here, she is! he starts to panic
His other is beside him, she has no idea of who I am
He starts to sweat, quiver and take smaller breaths
Oh Villian the finale is just about to start
This is what you asked for
To be the leading role of my play
But this won't end pretty
The other starts to stare at him
Wondering what's wrong
If only she knew what I knew
I get closer and closer
While he gets paler and paler
I approach him and say only one last thing

Happy indeed was I, this morning I placed my order.. would you guys like to see what I bought... hmm hmm?! I THINK SO!! So here are the items I got :)

So first item I chose was this Strapless Laser Cut Dress, I got it in the colour Red. I never see many red dresses avaliable so when I saw this one.. I HAD!! to have it. Very simple, its great for curvy girls (like myself) who have broad shoulders. This look you can add a lot of accessories too! Me myself, I think I am gonna add a black belt to it to make it pop! Very affordable price at only $19.00. Great find for me I must say. I also don't wear dresses but this one.. IS PERFECT! I cannot wait to recieve it. This dress also comes in Blue (which was my second choice!) and Black. The black version of this dress would also be a great grab. That would definitely be a black dress I would wear over and over again but the red just caught my eye ;).

Since the card I recieved was a $25.00 gift card, I still had $6.00 left over. Go Jane has a special deal going on right now with 5 items on their facebook page. My Top 10 Dress Picks For Summer

Hello My Fellow Bloggers:

This is going to be a review section for my blog. This is a change for me since usually I posted about poetry, or what's going on in my life or my opinions or expressions at the time of writing. But, I was inspired. I was on Facebook today and I stopped across one of my favourite youth clothing stores that I shop online with.. GoJane. If you guys haven't heard of it, it's basically an online clothing store.. they sell shoes, dresses, tops, pants, denim, accessories and even prom dresses.. AT REALLY AFFORDABLE PRICES.. and they have deals of the week and sales. One time I spent $100 and I bought 15 items.. 15!. AMAZING!! I try to shop with GoJane as much as possible.. the most recent item I bought was a pair of Green.. yes Green Ugg Boots.. what an amazing find! obviously I got some stares.. no one around where I am from had ever seen ugg boots that colour.. So, bloggers.. lets begin with my Top 10 dress picks for Summer Inspired by GoJane.com.. Now just for my readers to know.. this top 10 is just 10 items I find are great finds for Summer.. im not rating them as best to worst because none are in this list! Tiered Accordion Pleat Tank Dress: This dress just screams summer for me.. it's listed on GoJane as a Sex and the City 2 dress.. it definitely has the feel of something Ms. Samantha would wear.. very seductive and sassy.. the pleats make the dress very eye catching and the colours this dress is avaliable in, is outstanding.. The Royal Blue colour the dress is avaliable in definitely is the dress colour to go with. But, if you want a simple dinner date type dress.. go with this dress in Black! The white version I would use for going shopping or hanging with my girls for the day.

#9. Strapless Striped Belted Dress: This dress has a beach theme to it for me.. it's very simple, perfect for a stroll on the beach. Belted dresses are definitely in this season. I have seen it a lot with tops and dresses. This dress would also be a dress I would wear out with my friends for a bite to eat. I find the red dress more flattering then the black, red is definitely a colour to get those cute boys looking at you!

#8. Laser Cut Lace Halter Dress: This dress is the summer dress to wear for when a cute boy asks you out on a date. Black dresses are very simple, the halter dress is good for women with abit of curve. The lace also adds abit of elegance to the dress. This dress isn't overboard, it's just right for that perfect date during the summer!

#7. Denim Rose Print Tank Dress: This dress is for the girly girls in the group. Floral is definitely in season this summer. The blue dress is more flattering on I find. The grey version isn't very flattering, it's abit washed out.. grey isn't a summer colour. I find the blue version of this dress pops! You can use this look for going to the movies, or grabbing a bite to eat or going shopping! If it get's abit chilly out, add a shall to it!

#6. Strapless Animal Print Dress: This dress is for those wild child's out there! This dress shows abit of sassyness! I love animal print, I have always been a big fan. You will definitely have the cute boys staring at you with this dress. It's strapless and will show off your shoulders quite well. Suggestion: Wear your hair up with this dress! This summer dress can be worn out dancing or going for a drink or going to a party. Very fun and flirty!

#5. Strapless Satin Trim Dress: Got a wedding to go to this summer! Well.. here is the dress I would wear. The Khaki colour this dress comes in is very natural, very pleasant for a wedding. Suggestion: Accessorize!! This dress is very simple but by adding some accessories, you might even have the groom staring at you!

#4. Rosette Brooch Belted Tank Dress: Now, not all of us are going to have a fun filled summer.. we may be out working, or looking for a job. Well here's the perfect dress. This dress has a secretary type feel to it. It is also very conservative but the adding of the cute flower make's this dress fun and gives a hint of summer with the touch of the flower and not so plain jane for work. This is a dress you can feel confident in at work. Who knows? Maybe you will get a promotion!

#3. Ruffled One Shoulder Dress: It's the heat of the night and what better way to have a great night is wearing this Ruffled One Shoulder Dress. Very seductive, very flirty and the guys will be drooling when they see you walking in this. The colours avaliable are all amazing choices for this dress. My favourite is Jade. Jade is so bright and summery! Bright colours stand out! The ruffles on the side also add a smug of flirtiness as well! Don't say I didn't warn you about those boys!

#2. Leaf Print Tank Maxi Dress: The maxi dress.. this style has been popular the past few summers! This dress is perfect for those women who are tall. Me myself, I cannot pull a dress like this off. The leaf print is eye catching with the top half of the dress black it brings it all together. This is another dress ( if I could pull this off) would wear to the beach or out with friends.

What's Love?

I do not know how to answer that question, I have never been in love. I don't know how its suppose to feel, or what are the signs to love.. or do you just know? Does having that butterfly feeling in your stomach, and you get so happy when you hear his name that you just want to scream, or when you seem him the world stops.. just like in the movies.. everything slows down, and does this person have all the qualities that you look for in a person and all you think is that they are perfect and every little thing they do it makes your heart beat fast.. thats how I feel about this one guy. We've known each other for years, he doesn't live where I am which hurts.. but, he's also got a gf, which stops me in my tracks right away.. I mean if he was single, I could always go visit him, thats how much I miss and need him.. and "love" him.. is it love though? or am I just attracted, just a crush? I have dreams about him that are so real that it scares me.. I feel crazy but i've tried stopping these feelings.. I can't. I mean if I don't find out if he possibly could be that guy.. I will be stuck.. when I saw him for the first time.. I got that slow movie style feeling.. it reminds me of a movie, he slowly gets out of his white car, with a dress shirt on, and sunglasses, and smiles so big at you, all you wanna do is go Ahhhh! I spent a portion of my summer with him that summer, best summer you could picture. A party at a house on the lake, walking just him and you to this lake, sitting on a little bench, talking for 2 hours straight about anything and everything, not even caring where anyone is or what time it is, just laughing and having fun together, then going for a walk, and seeing animals on the way, then having more laughs and then going back to his place to watch tv and hang out, and then realize its 6am and he drives me back to my hotel when the sun is rising and the sky is pink, orange and purple over a bridge.. what else could you want? I never thought of him in this way.. but the past little while, I realize how much I miss him, and that I don't like it that.. he's not with me, and that I can't be closer to experience more.. I want to be the girl he goes to, and makes him smile , and jokes with him, and cuddles, kisses, hugs.. Now, is this love.. or am I just a crazy girl with a crush.. I do not know.....

Frustration

Oh man, its 2010 and im already upset, it never changes for me, but, I find writing my feelings out is a sense of coping with what's going on around me. It never slows down with wanting to be with someone hey? I always feel like I need that guy around , especially when I am getting older. I turn 21 in 9 days.. so I feel like I should be atleast having the picture in my mind of the guy I could see being the one.. or atleast hes coming into the picture.. but thats not why I am frustrated. I am actually frustrated in my father. I hate how he thinks so old fashion like.. he assumes that finding a job is as easy as snapping your fingers together. I wish it was, I just finished college as a nurse so I WILL get work.. just he makes it out as a time limit.. I have only been finished for two weeks.. he assumes its so easy, guess what, its not when you live in a small town full of NOTHING! if it was a bigger city like Vancouver or Calgary.. I might be in luck right away. For now, I am hoping I do get a job soon so I can move away to a bigger city eventually. Right now I want the job, the car.. and eventually the boyfriend.. but, I know all those things will come, WITH TIME!! A friend has told me many times not to stress about the little things but, sometimes, you can't help it. I get stronger every damn time though. :)
